What will this Network do?
The network will meet quarterly to address specific financial issues within a ministry’s context. Particular topics will be selected and those in the network will be given an opportunity to present what is currently working well in their ministries or potential solutions which could work well. It will look at possibilities from a practitioner’s perspective, not merely as an academic exercise. We will look at ideas that can be practically implemented for organizational impact. Each participant will have an opportunity to contribute to and glean from other nonprofit CFO’s.
The network will also help deepen relationships between the CFO’s to allow for collaborate efforts, problem solving, and additional dialog outside the formal quarterly meetings.
